Is the new Special Illustration Rare worth the preorder hype?

The artwork on that new chase card is absolutely cracked, but I'm torn on whether to lock in a preorder or wait for the initial market dip. This set is looking like a total banger for master set collectors, so I might just pull the trigger and pray for those top-tier pulls!
