Is the new Special Illustration Rare worth the preorder price?

The artwork on that new chase card is absolutely cracked, but I'm torn on whether to lock in a preorder or wait for the inevitable price dip. Definitely feels like a chase piece for the binder, though I might just rip packs to chase those hits instead.
