Is slabbing still worth the premium in 2025?

Honestly, unless you are chasing a pristine Black Label or a high-end PSA 10 gem, the market feels like it is leaning back toward raw cards for the binder collectors. I am still torn on whether to send in my latest hits or just keep them raw and appreciate the texture, but the hunt for the perfect grade never really gets old!

I’m leaning towards keeping my hits raw lately too since the slab premiums have cooled off so much. Nothing beats actually being able to pull a card out of the binder and admire the texture. 🃏

I’m honestly gravitating back toward raw lately too, there’s just something about being able to actually handle the card and enjoy the texture. If it’s for the PC, I say keep it raw and save the grading fees for the next chase 🃏

I feel you, raw cards just hit different for the binder experience. Honestly, I only slab the absolute chase hits nowadays to keep the collection budget in check. 📈

I feel you, the "slab everything" bubble has definitely burst for mid-tier stuff. I’m sticking to raw for the binder unless it’s a absolute chase card for the PC. 🃏

I’m leaning towards keeping my pulls raw lately too, there’s just something about being able to actually touch the card texture that slabs kill. Honestly, unless it's a guaranteed 10, the grading fees just aren't worth the headache anymore. 📉
