Is slab-hunting still the move in 2025?

Honestly, unless you are chasing a pristine gem mint ten for a top-tier chase card, the cost of grading really cuts into your collecting budget lately. I am personally leaning toward keeping my raw binder stash unless a card is a true candidate for that black label or PSA 10 slab.

Totally agree, the grading fees are getting out of hand unless it’s a guaranteed 10. I’m sticking to my raw binder sets for now too 📁

Totally agree, at this point grading fees just aren't worth it for anything less than a guaranteed top grade. I’ve been sticking to raw collection binders lately too, it's way easier on the wallet. 📈

Totally agree, with how high grading fees are right now, I’m only sending in cards that are absolute locks for a 10. Everything else just looks better in a clean binder anyway. 🃏
